I’m Yaghja Abrahams, a Web Designer with a unique background that spans construction and digital design. Since transitioning to web design in late 2020, I’ve combined my practical problem-solving skills with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences. Work Experience
Before switching to web design, I gained valuable experience in project execution and teamwork in the construction industry. From 2016 to 2020, I served as the Lead CNC Designer, progressing from a junior designer to a lead role in the CNC department. In this position, I managed client relationships for custom projects and collaborated closely with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility. In late 2020, I shifted to web design, and by 2022, I joined Machete Creative as a Web Designer. Here, I develop compelling UI designs for a variety of client projects. Before long, the consistent high quality of the work I produced resulted in me taking on a full-time role with Machete.
