The launch of Signatura’s most prestigious project to date – a dramatic remodelling of an iconic office block on Cape Town’s stately Heerengracht – required a campaign that combined great graphic flair with persuasive investment detail.
It also required perfect integration of the online and the offline elements of the campaign to make sure the two separate launch events achieved a critical mass of sales.
They did. And we achieved combined sales on the launch exceeding 60% of the entire project!
